Is he giving me pity or being friendly? I'll answer yours!?

This guy is always super crazy, and is not shy by any means, even though I am lol. Sometimes I think he feels bad for me, because I'm so shy and have trouble talking to him and his friends. But I could be wrong... he may just be being friendly. Here's what he's done:

1. Once, he ditched all his friends and was like, "You guys go ahead. I'm gonna stay out here and talk to Coralie."

2. He went up to me, and he was like, "Coralie, I need you to come and have fun with me and be crazy." So then he made me do all these weird work out exercises. But it actually was fun. :3

3. He wrote a song, and the lyrics went," He plays guitar, shreds all the frets. She (me) plays the drums, better than anyone else." And he was like, "Did you catch that, Coralie? You really are better than anyone I've heard." And he sounded really sincere.

4. His friend was like, "And Coralie will do awesome stuff on the drums!" and then he said, "Like she always does, because you are an awesome person, Coralie."

5. I see him having fun and acting all crazy with his other friends, but around me, he's... different I guess. He's kinda awkward, and kind of overly nice. To his friends, he's like, "OH MY GOD lets dance around and look like weirdos and scream and stuff!" and to me he's like,"Hi... so um... are you ready to play? How's life?? Are you okay? Is everything good? *Then proceeds to stare at me, even though I thought the conversation was over.*
