Sim card cannot save photos ! Do you mean sd card ?
If yes , just transfer them copy paste or cut paste.
You directly can't do it

Sim cards can save only the contact information and sms messages.
Photos are stored in the phone memory or the SD card memory.

you cant save photos to sim cards. they can only store contacts and phone numbers. if you are trying to move a photo to an SD card you plugged into ur phone, just open the file browser, and copy ur picture to the sd card.

You cannot save Photos in a sim card , if you mean memory card , open your desired picure file -> options ->Move or copy to sdcard. Done !!
