If the IRS is going to spend Millions with Microsoft to keep support for XP, shouldn't all taxpayers get the updates as well?

    as usual, payment per machine. That was a punishment for IRS in missing its schedule in replacing XP which was involving their software being rewritten.

    For ordinary users, they should consider to use tablet instead of PC. That was a reason for replacing XP. Microsoft want to repositioning its battlefield to Clouds. By doing that the whole computing application is going to be switched to Clouds. You can create your own cloud with Microsoft Azure.
