why don't they show the preview in some Anime series?
When the episode ends. It shows the title of the episode. I would later find the official preview of that episode online.
Bonus Questions. Are these previews in the official DVD/BD release?

Usually it's to save time and to be able to fit another 20 seconds or so of content into the episode. The next episode previews are then uploaded to the company's website for fans to watch every week. For example, Kill la Kill showed next episode previews until around episode 21 or 22, and after that they cut out the previews when the episode aired but uploaded them to the website so people could still see them and be hyped.
I'm not certain at all about the DVD/BD release, but I would assume they are included. If not after the episodes than at least in special/extra features. It might also vary by publisher or licenser whether or not to include them.
