Can one parent kick me out of the house?

I'm legally an adult. My mom wants me out of the house but my dad doesn't.

    If you are an adult, then yes your parents can kick you out. That being said, it sounds like your parents are divided on the issue so it's not likely to happen soon. Why does your mom want you out so bad? Be honest with yourself and maybe make some changes.

    Since you're legally an adult - yes, you can be kicked out.

    The fact they disagree, well, that's a separate issue.
