What foods are good for lowering testosterone and for increasing estrogen in men?
Hi,
I am a male trans in my 20's looking for advice on foods that lower testosterone, and also foods that increase estrogen. I have read bits and pieces online, but would love to hear from another trans person dietician that regarding some advice on what foods would be good.
Thanks!
Thanks for the answers, apart from the rude ones obviously!! I should point out that I am not looking to have a sex change or take hormones - people seem to assume by default because I'm trans that I must want specific things, but as an individual, right now I want something to reduce the onset of male features, with diet and exercise.

I have heard that soy can increase estrogen so you might want to check out the vegan/vegetarian section of your food store, lots of products there are made from soy.

Why would you do that to yourself? You're just going to get estrogen-induced cancer and die.

Oestrogen pills. But seriously, in high doses, the stuff can have serious consequences (always read the label).

Milk. That's obviously oestrogen from a cow, so I'm not sure if it is the same thing or not.

no prescription = no results.
what's wrong with doing it right? the real stuff isn't that expensive, and works wonders. :-)
