I'm on a diet and lost around 15-20 pounds I am now 130-135 male 5"7 mid 20s but lately I noticed that I have been eating more why is that?

    Your food choices. Take in more calories from proteins and natural fats rather than carbohydrates to avoid eating more than necessary.
