I have very liquid, chunky poop?

Last time I pooped (a few minutes ago), I noticed that my poop was not solid, but very liquid and I felt some chunks in it when it came out. Should I be worried about this? I do take antibiotics because of some digestion issues but also other health problems, and I do take probiotics (although I did forget to take the probiotics for 2 or 3 days, but I already took them because I thought it might solve it). What other causes could there be and how could I stop it, if it continues?

    i have the same problem i have a gluten and dairy allergy
