It's old and icky I know but I don't want to pay for a new computer. Is there any way I can upgrade it for relatively cheap (less than $100)?
The power supply and graphics card are horrible, and the graphics card is integrated. D;

It depends upon how old it is and which operating system it has. I suspect that a refurbished computer from Newegg for $100 will be better than what you'd get if you put $100 into that one ...
