Breeding Ducks?
I recently added three adult ducks to my farm (a male Welsh Harlequin, and a male/female pair of Blue Swedish). I know males must mate the female to produce fertilized eggs. I have also read the female will lay one egg per day for 7-12 days then set on the eggs after all are laid. My question is "Does the male have to fertilize EACH egg (mating daily), or does ONE act of intercourse fertilize the whole batch of eggs?"

Every day cause the sperm transferred is only one i would leave the drake in the pen with the hens. Just like a Rooster and Hen if you leave the rooster with the Hen the eggs will be fertilized if not they will be infertile! Hope this helps and pretty ducks!!
