Do ex's ever come back in your experience?
someone PLEASE take the time to read this, I'm in a really bad place right now.
my ex boyfriend who has been my "friends with benefits" for awhile now sent me a text an hour before we were meant to meet up saying he's just started seeing someone else and it wouldn't feel right having sex with both of us so he cut me off and told me he doesn't like me and to stop txting him and that he's changing his number! (he didn't change it, but he obviously said it so I wouldn't text him anymore) He had to have liked me to some degree if we were dating and having sex right? :( I feel so replaced! he was my the only person I could talk to and now he wants nothing to do with me and this other girl gets to have him 24/7
so I was very upset and drunk and sent him stupid texts trying to make him feel sorry for me then I went as far as to say I only wanted him for sex. which was abit of a lie but I liked our friends with benefits thing. So tonight I apologised for the drunk texts and send a long text explaining how I shouldn't have overreacted then as a final attempt to make him think I wasn't still into him, I asked if he knew anyone that would be keen for a hookup. I don't know why I said this! I wanted him to think I was moving on but I wanted to move on with someone he knew so I still had a connection to him.
Anyway my question is, do ex's ever come back? im obviously not gonna text him after this! but in YOUR experience has an ex ever come back when you thought they never would?

I have heard of exes coming back..but you jave to give them a reason to want to pursue you again. Just do you and have fun and he will come back. My ex and I broke up and I saw her at the bar and completely ignored her while I did this she was trying to make me jealous didn't work today she has unblocked me to see if I have moved on progress give them the thought that you don't care and they will come back.

Yes it does happen. In fact it happened to me. Even though the relationship went south I would've always wondered if I didn't get the chance to be with her again. I wish you the best.
I am very happy I had the opportunity to be with my first love but it's a shame the way it turned out!!

in my experience, even when i thought an ex would come back since we were only taking a break, they never came back. sex doesn't necessarily mean anything， and the fact that you dated before probably only makes it easier to have sex again since you're both comfortable with each other and know what the other likes. i wish you luck, whether it's getting over him or whatever's best.
to be frank, he sounds like an ass.

Yes it does happen...exes come back...for whatever reason, if they're in a bad place or something happens they will want to turn to that 1 person they trust (or did trust & love)...it's happened to me once, but usually we broke up for a reason and it's not that common..see how it goes..you should not have said what you said, just being honest, but just walk away and give him space now I think..hope it helps...please please give me help /question/index?qid=20140... x
