Where can I get a converter for component cables to work on PAL TV's?

I know this exists, but what is the thing that allows for US component cables work on PAL format TV's?

    It isn't the cables, it is a signal converter. That's what you need to search for, "NTSC to PAL converter".

    i doesn't matter what country manufactured the cables, component is component. if your device out puts the type of component signals that your monitor uses, then it is a straight cable connection, no "converter" is needed. if one device is incompatible with the other, then no cable will fix that issue.
