It depends on what you mean by "worth it." If you are making purely financial calculations your answer will be different from if you're talking about having a fulfilling life. Your first question should be: is money everything? Of course, you may need to go to college to prepare yourself to be able to seriously answer that question in the first place.

Without a degree your chances of a regular middle class life style is 10%
With any degree it is 60%
With a top degree like engineering or finance it is like 90%
You decide.

If you have a job in mind that requires a college degree (or several), then yes. If you don't have a job in mind, don't have any interest in studying any further, and can't afford it, then no, it's not worth your time and you probably won't make good use of it.

depends what you study and what career path you choose, but yes I recommend it. qualifications and experience in work are valuable
