May I ask for help about SQL DataBase ?

Hello everyone,

I am having a hard time figuring out my final SQL project for my database design class,

I won't post the question here, however I will appreciate someone who knows to email me since my project is due soon and I am kind of lost. and I will email the question back, it is pretty long, and its about my school help desk database.

I do not want you to just solve it for me , I just would love to get better understanding since my professor is just a complete lost and he just throws things on the blackboard online for us to figure out!

if anyone has suggestions about any website I can use beside w3schools.com that does help with labs will be really appreciated!
