Help with journalism degree?
So I just finished my first year of college at penn state still currently undecided but I really wanna pursue a journalism degree! I have read things online about it being a bad major choice ! But I think ill do well because penn state is a prestigious school ! I just was wondering since I wanna take journalism for the writing aspect and not the broadcasting what types of jobs and internships should I look out for thanks !!

Since you want to take journalism, you should look for jobs and internships in the area of writing and editing for newspapers and magazines. It would also help if you take part in the college newspaper.
