what do I do after I pop a blister?

Okay so I get blisters on my feet easily from sweat or friction. Long story short, I poped a dime sized blister and removed the skin. So now it's exposed, raw and burning. Do I leave it un covered or do i put some gauze on it. (Gauze is the only thing i really have atm.) It hurts to move and ik I shouldn't have poped it but it was annoying. What should I do because it hurts to move my heel.

Apply something to sanitize it and then put something over it. Gauze could work, but a regular bandage works too. Change the bandage daily, it should start to heal over within a week or two.

first, you should've consult the doctor about those blisters

2nd, you should take any medication in wet preparation like cream, oil or else.

never try to pop the blister to avoid any further serious infection. don't use gauze, and don't use high-heels for a while to prevent the blisters from getting worse

Yes, cover the wound to keep out some infection and to protect the new skin coming on. You should never pop a blister and when it does itself, DEFINITELY leave the collapsed skin there... do not remove that which can protect the new skin growing underneath.

When you do stupid things, expect bad results.
