i hardly eat anything and im not losing weight ?
so im 14 and a girl and im like 164lbs so i need to lose weight. so the thing is we just started living with my dad and he is like poor so we dont have money so basically what i eat on a typical day is soMe bread for breakfast and then for lunch maybe tomatoes or more bread or ill buy a chocolate bar if there is any spare change around the house and then for dinner around 7 my dad gets home and usually makes pasta and im eating less than i used to but im not losing weight and i dont know why its very frustrating and i am eating at least 1000 calories maybe even 1200 ?? because i do eat alot of bread so its not like im starving myself but im not overeating either so wtf.
what can i do to lose weight ?? i DESPERATE!
like should i ask my dad to buy specific foods or ?? ugh i just need to lose weight and i dont know how
i do exercise i go walking/jogging for 30 minutes everday sometimes every other day

I feel that bread makes me put on weight , its a high carb food . Eating less doesn't solve your problem as if you eat less , you're slowing down your metabolism . I suggest to eat healthy foods that don't need to cost much such as fruits and vegetables but in small portions , 4 times a day . Also drink lots of water , maybe at night you could try drinking boiling water with lemon juice in it . Its also important to exercise . Also don't stress about the weight , the more you focus on it , its just going to upset you and make you feel as if youre bigger than you actually are. Plus eating less will just make you sick ( Lack of nutrition .I.e.Anemia )

Okay so you are putting your body into starvation mode by eating that little, it means anything you do eat is going to be stored straight away as fat and the only way you will lose weight doing this is if you put your body into gaining negative calories per days (burning more calories than you eat)
This is really unhealthy unless you need to crash diet for something
The best thing to do is aim for 1200-1500 calories a day minimum and 30 mins of exercise 3-5 times a week
Keep a clean healthy diet and you should see the weight come straight off

like, don't you exercise? like rich or poor, like you have to exercise to burn calories. like you eat 1000 calories and don't do anything like, and like you like wanta like loose like weight like? Like wow like man get like real. like like like like I like it. like

That's your prob your not eating you have to intake calorie s in order to burn them they key is to burn twice as many as you eat

Believe it or not, you're not eating enough. Eating too few calories can put your body into starvation mode. When your body is in this mode, it holds onto the fat / weight. The body needs food for fuel. When you don't eat enough, you body holds onto whatever fuel it has to function. That's why you're not losing even by eating so little. Bump up your calorie intake with some healthy foods. I promise you'll start seeing results.
