what will kill very small insects flying around in my house?
I have no food exposed etc.. in the past I tryed sprays etc.. my room mate
has a breathing problem so chemicals will be a factor.
any idea how to get rid of them and to keep them gone?

If they are gnats, some soapy water with vinegar in it will attract them and drown them. Or a plastic baggie with some fruit in it and 1/2 sealed up will work.
They lay eggs in drains and moist places and plant soil. Boiling water down the drains will kill them there.
They can crawl in through window screens and around them.
