Trying to pull a Lindsey Lohan or something? Lol
Michael is wrong. It doesn't matter how good your attorney is. If your attorney is somewhat able to pull off the impossible of scheduling what days you spend in jail, they should be good enough to get the charge dismissed. Only time people get to leave jail and return is during work release, and the judge decides when you work and where you do so. That's also only for good behavior inmates towards the end of their sentence.
You will spend all 45 days in jail consecutively.

I have a DUI and I am in classes with people who have had multiple. From what I've seen and heard in class they do a couple different things and not one of these people got a lawyer for there 2nd. They can give you work release so you'll have to spend the night in jail then go to work from there. They can give you an ankle bracelet where you can only go home, work, and to places that are related to your DUI (classes, community service). And I've also seen people get really lucky and not have to do either but have to do more ua's and ba's and for longer periods of time. The classes and community service are going to be double regardless.

You won't have to worry about having a job once you're convicted. When you're found guilty, you'll be fired, and then you'll have 45 days to spend in jail. You might have several years free, since nobody wants to employ a drunk driver.

It's really up to the judge. If you have a job and a good lawyer, then you might be able to pull time on weekends. But if you don't have a job, then I doubt you will be able to pull time on weekends.
