I visited a Walgreens on Easter...within ten minutes the assistant manager managed to insult my ethnicity..my religion..and my financial status as well as accusing me of stealing coupons from Sunday papers and trying to get my money back. Ive never been so embarrassed..insulted and treated like dirt. My day with my family was wonderful and only to end it horribly with this person bringing me to tears. Walgreens advised me they were sorry and would have a discussion with this person. That to me is a slap in the face after how this person treated me. I do not think this person should remain in his title only to do and treat other people aa horrible as he treated me.

Can I break my lease for brown recluse spiders?

I have since January this year now had my apartment sprayed 3 times. The apartments were told by the exterminator that the spiders are in my walls and not coming from outside. He told them I need baseboards put in my closets to keep the spiders out. That was nearly 2 months ago and the apartments told me the guy who does baseboards does it whenever he feels like it...so they don't know when it will happen. Can I not be released from my lease...I've been there year and a half, but my lease does not end until Jan. 2013. Or if possible can I not be transferred to another apartment complex that the property company owns?

I went to a tech school and received my associates degree in Information Technology and Networking. Part of what they sold me was lifetime job placement assistance, and I could go sit in on courses if I wanted to study to get certifications or brush up on my skills.

The school has now changed there name and they no longer offer IT courses or classes. Also I was to receive vouchers to use to pay for when I would go take certification tests. Am I still liable to pay due to now I will have to go to another school and pay them more money for something my old school should be providing. This is so upseting and frustrating to me because I'll technically being paying double and not only that but I was recently out of work for 5 months...and the student loans people kept harrassing me for payment when I told them I was not working. Had the school I went to still existed I could have utilized them assisting with job placement as they sold me.

I have a 06 Scion TC and my tires were making a humming noise and steering wheel began vibrating when driving around 60-70 mph. I took my car to have the tires balanced and rotated (hoping not to need an alignment). Now since I had this done the humming noise on my tires is louder...steering does not vibrate anymore though..Could this be because I have had tires put on 2 are same brand and the other two are each individual brands...could the noise be that these tires just need to wear down some...since this is the actual first time they have been rotated?

I inherited my sisters 3 yr old Chihuahua...he's already past puppyhood. I've been told that he needs to be socialized more by people in the pet industry. However he is getting better. Since I have him now for time being, there are times when he will viciously bite me to the point I've now got nerve damage in my hand and scarred horribly, when he bit me I should have got stitches but did not. I live in Dallas TX now and my sister is still in Nashville TN so I'm the person to discipline for time being. However this is the same dog that will let me pet him and he cries for me and even licks my hand. However sometimes he gets some wild hair and wants to violently hurt me. I'm desperate for suggestions please, I know that I can not give him to someone else, however he has shown much improvement in the past year as far as being kind to strangers. I was offered a job making 2.5 times more than I currently make. Only problem is I currently live in TN and I had a previous DUI II conviction. However at this time in TN I qualify to get a restricted license. My dilemma is can I even get at least a restricted license in TX? I recieved my DUI II a year ago and the first DUI I received almost 6 years ago. My license issue is the only thing keeping me from taking the job. I hope someone has some good news for me, I have called the TX public safety and noone can give me a clear answer.

I am being offered a position to move about 7 hrs away from my family, friends, and where I have lived for about 16 years. I'm being giving the opportunity to make about 65-70k a year and given a great job. However I'm scared, I'm a single female, and I know no one. I was recently laid off for about 6-7 months. My old boss hired me back for much less than what I made before, however he ask out of good faith I stay with him for 1 year. I will as of 10/10 be back with him for 1 month. What would you do?>....would you go or stay

I'm going to Washington DC for work and get to stay 3 days technically but get really only 1 day to truly site see. My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 3 months. We work together and before I started at this job alot of women liked him. As they still do. Because of this, these women talk about me. Which I really do not care about...however because they are all in noway able to take him from me. It upsets me because they talk about me and he(after I have asked him not to be friendly, like go out the way to speak or acknowledge them) and i just caught him here at work talking with them. Should I feel disrespected and should I break it off? I have asked him before and told him I felt like it was disrespectful to me if he did. Can anyone give me any input on this?

I recently started dating a guy I work with at my new job. He and I are pretty serious, he's met my parents and I met his. We spent Christmas and New Years together even. However before I started he has a pretty big fan base at work if you know what I mean. Due to this problem I have several women at work that try to find anything wrong with me they can. I really do not see them much because they work in a different department and a different floor. However they consistently try to talk to him. I know this sounds like some highschool stuff, since I'm 32. Anyone have any good advice how to deal with these tramps..since they definately not ladies..........
