If Donald Sterling bought the all of the seats around him, is it legal for him not to invite black people to sit in those seats?

or is there some kind of affirmative action policy where some quota is required

Now I've seen everything. A white supremist is defending a jew.

No, he bought them and can let who he wants sit there. He can even say the N word legally. This is the USA, where speech is free and a receipt or ticket stub is temporary title to those chairs. He has the right to be secure in his property.

Most super rich men would not do that because they love their money and don't want to waste it.

Yes, it is. You conservatives support this guy, and we wonder why.

My suggestion... PULL UP PICTURES OF THE PLAYERS AND TELL ME WHAT RACE YOU SEE.

THOSE PLAYERS are who make the money for this idiot. Without them, there are no games and no seats to be sold. Sterling does not own the NBA. He insults the players, the games stop.

This is a business, which involves diversity and other races. He shows himself to disrespect those players, the money stops. When one persons bigotry and conduct violates and undermines the lives of other persons.. the obvious answer is that he is out the door.

It is absolutely legal for the NBA to set moral standards, and get rid of someone who is clueless as to those standards. It is LEGAL for the NBA to kick his ignorant a$$ down the road.

He does NOT OWN the NBA. He plays by THEIR rules.

You know what is hilarious? Conservatives on here always claim that Democrats resort to race or bring race up. Yet most of the questions about Donald Sterling are by conservatives here. Hey guys if you want to show your insecurities about your beliefs go to a therapist for that.

Setting aside the "no, really, I'm not racist" nature of your trolling question--

He can't come to the games. Try to keep up.
