XBox 360 with no internal memory?

I bought an XBox 360 and it seems there is no internal memory. I am not sure which console it is, it is white, with a white disk drive and eject button. It has HDMI. The front of the case is blueish and has a halo design. With a Halo guys face down by the usb slots...

I am sorry, but I am not sure what "edition" I have.

On the "storage device" screen I have 1 device. 23 MB free. With zero on it...

Any help identifying what XBox I have would be huge. Thanks.

    XBOX Arcade.

    Use a hard drive, or a memory card (this model could use both).

    And it's not memory, it's storage. Very different concept.
