how do you save Facebook message photos on the samsung galaxy s5?

Hold the picture until your information box showss up. It should say save pictre

I'm having a similar issue on my wife's Galaxy S5 Active, but my menu seems to be interactive... for pictures that are in the Facebook album or in the photo gallery already, you get a "view album" option, instead of the "save photo" option

If you lick the screen while the picture is active it should shout moooo and the picture is saved onto your tongue forever.

When you push the photos there is 3 dots that go up in the middle click on that you'll see the save option.

tap on the picture and click on the 3 dots, a list will pop up, scroll up using your finger and the "save photo" button will be on the bottom of the list.

i am having the same problem, did you find out how to download them?

Doesn't work for me! It's a mystery! I've trued everything!
