How to text her first?

There's this girl I really like and yesterday I asked for her number and she said yeah sure and wrote it down herself on my cell and said text me. I waited till today but I don't know the proper text to send her for the first time. See I really like this chick and I don't want to say something boring or goofy. I know the main rule is be yourself, but what should I text her first ?
