Why do Christians kill witches? Is it in the Bible?

Because they are stupid, arrogant and racist. They fear what they don't understand, so they do everything they can to destroy it.

Remember that it isn't what a person calls him or her self that defines a Christian.

Matthew 7:21

21 “Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the Kingdom of the heavens, but only the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will.

John 14:12

12 Most truly I say to you, whoever exercises faith in me will also do the works that I do; and he will do works greater than these,+ because I am going my way to the Father.

Titus 1:16

16 They publicly declare that they know God, but they disown him by their works, because they are detestable and disobedient and not approved for good work of any sort.

This is the definition of a Christian:

John 13:34, 35

34 I am giving you a new commandment, that you love one another; just as I have loved you,+ you also love one another.+ 35 By this all will know that you are my disciples—if you have love among yourselves.”

The command that was quoted above in Exodus is part of the Law Covenant given to the Jews.

Because they don't as a rule. (No one "kills witches") But yes, "you shall not let a witch live" (or in you use the KJV's antiquated language, "thou shalt not suffer a witch to live") is indeed in the Bible.
