Low body temperature?

I normally have a temp of 98.7-99.00 and yesterday and today I've been really sick so I figured I would take my temp because I personally felt like I had a fever, but my temperature was at 95.00 should I be worried? I've never seen it down that low.

Three major causes of hypothermia or low body temperature is exposure to cold temperatures, medicine, or anemia (blood loss). Other causes are hyperthyroidism, decreased circulation, Addison's disease, or any sort of disease of the hypothalumus.

However, fluctuations of body temperature to 95 degrees is quiet normal. If it gets any lower, contact a doctor or go to the ER.

Call an ambulance if it goes below 95 degrees.
