No. Facebook's not going to give you an iPad just for answering a questionaire. Scan your computer with your current, up-to-date antivirus, then scan it with Malwarebytes Antimalware. Also set your browser to private browsing and set it to NEVER remember passwords, etc. This is just basic computer security stuff. Also set your browser to clear your history, etc., every time it closes. (in Tools/Option/Security).
If you can't open your account, you most likely have a virus or malware.
