Depends on the drug and how strung out you wanna look. Not all drugs make your face sink in. I was a heroin/oxy addict for over 4 years and many ppl couldn't even tell.

Id make your hair look nappy, put some marks on the underside of your elbows to make it look like you've been bangin the drugs, look up track marks on google or something to see how they look; usually it's just dark spots and bruises that's what mine looked like at least, make yourself chinc-eyes, pale faced but not too pale. Idk about bags under your eyes like your tired cuz many drugs(like opiates/benzo's) make you sleep so some won't make you looks tired. It's more about the way you act than the appearance. I'm sure you see many drug addicts a day but don't realize it cuz they don't look like one
