What's a healthy calorie range for my lifestyle?
What is my ideal calorie range to lose weight?
I am female, 5'3, 27 year old and weight 122lbs, and I want to lose 6lbs.
I use my fitness Pal to try and stick to a 1200 net calorie diet...I walk at least half an hour every day and I have recently started Bikram (hot) yoga, which is 90mins every morning...I know some sources say you burn 500/600 a session doing Bikram, but I just enter 250 for it in MFP... Today for example I burned 88Calories from walking and 277 from Bikram...and I consumed roughly 1750 calories...making my net calorie intake 1395...is that too much or too little if I want to lose weight? Do I only need to be concerned with calories or do I have to pay attention to the fat/carb content as well? I always end up having a high carb diet from eating too many fruits! I have no idea what's right and what's wrong anymore with so many different theories online!

If you're just going for weight loss, calories are caloires are calories. Take it from a former anorexic: if you're eating a calorie deficit you can lose weight eating anything. You could eat nothing but cake, but if you only ate 1000cals or lower of just cake per day, you'd still lose weight. (DO NOT DO THAT). Your fitness plan seems solid and there is no such thing as eating too many fruits! Just stay hyrdated and don't strain yourself. If you've reached a weight-loss plateau, then it's a good idea to consult a nutritionist because your body may have reached the right weight for you.
Best of luck to you!

Keep a modest water glass, which you should refill often, instead of a large water bottle on your cubical.

Brightly coloured turmeric not solely makes your curries taste fab, but it really contains curcumin, an active ingredient that in time breaks down high-protein dishes, burns fat as well as holds back the growth involving new fat tissue.
