What Happened to Green Lantern (John Stewart) and Hawkgirl (Shiera Hall)?
I know in the Batman Beyond Unlimited Comics they have a child Warhawk, but does their story end there? I've been watching Justice League a lot and their bond is really interesting. I just want to know if that's the end.

Dwayne McDuffie commented that "John and Shayera have the child, exactly as before. The time-traveling that has occurred is already part of the timeline that produces Warhawk as are the edicts to that timeline, including those we haven't yet seen on the show. The important thing to remember is that Warhawk isn't even 30 in Batman Beyond years [...] a few things are going to occur in that time period to change the current status quo. [Also], it's dramatically more interesting for Green Lantern to believe it's the actual future. If he believes it's only one possibility it doesn't carry any more weight than a particularly vivid dream."

When DC turned John Stewart into a gay superhero, it significantly dropped his prestige. He lost many fans. I believe this move by DC was immoral and not ideal. Hawk girl simply is not that attractive of a character as compared to the more popular members of the Justice League. She was fine for the Justice League show, because it would helpful to have two superhero women on the team that could hold their own. The only Thanagarian that most people would want to see on a consistent basis is Hawkman.
