How to stay long time in one job?

Question

I worked with so many companies, like consumer goods, transportations, air ticketing, inbound tourist, worked as a manager, tour manager, site supervisor, but the problem is my honesty, i never go wrong, never wants money under the table, never speak lie, so every time there was a problems with my colleagues or with my boss, and most of the time i leave the jobs, and some times they said me to discontinue. 
I really wants to do a long term basis, because its affecting my career as well as my pay. can any one please suggest me what to do????

just do your best i am working for mcdonalds and i am still working there just do your best talk nice to people be kind to your boss and the people your talking with thats what i do and im still not fired! just do your best man like me good luck
