Hello, I am 21 years old who has been working for dollarama for the last 3 years as part-time(15 hours a week)...full time during summer(about 30 hours a week) and Im planning to leave the company in january because I want to push myself to get other job. Do you believe i can actually request EI during 3 months while I get another job? NO OSAP. but im student.
thanks guys. my bills are about 500 a month.

You have to be laid off to collect EI. If you were fired or if you quit, you are not eligible to collect EI. Also, it is illegal to ask your employer to lay you off, and ServiceCanada will check to make sure you didn't ask them.
Another potential problem is that you are a student, typically when you collect government student loans you aren't eligible to collect EI. You can be a student and collect EI, you just can't be collecting student loans/grants during the same year you applied for E.I.
The rules are quite tight around EI. Believe me, I've been trying to use it for years now with no success.
