Why did the 0bama Regime not call Boko Haram a terrorist organization?

Hillary did not, it was Kerry that pushed for it, I guess the libs who are screaming that he did months ago, have a little trouble seeing Hillary's name in there.

Even so, the fact that they are doing what they are to these girls in the name of their god still isn't what is being talked about. The libs for some strange reason have no issue callings christens terrorist and sighting their bible and god as the reason.

Now After Clinton stepped down and was succeeded by John Kerry, the State Department designated the group as a terrorist organization in November 2013. So, the answer to the question is that the Obama administration has in fact added them to the terrorist list.

They were working covertly with CIA and Mossad with the excuse to combat al Qaeda. Some say they still work for CIA doing a PYSOP (psychological operation) using scripted emotional appeal propaganda to get the public to support military action in Nigeria but not really to save the children but to have the west get their hands on oil fields all over Africa for BP, ExxonMobile, Chevron, Shell, Koch, etc...
