Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc. Is it ok to take 4 tablets daily instead of 3 as per suggested on the bottle?

I used to take calcium and magnesium separately and now that I've purchased these two vitamins plus zinc (all-in-one), I have calculated that I would need to take at least 4 tablets daily to come close enough but not quite, to the dose I used to take. The suggested dose on the bottle says "up to 3 tablets daily". Please note that I never took zinc before and so I'm wondering if it is okay to take 4 daily instead of 3. I would appreciate any feedback. Thank you.

    Maximum daily dosages:

    Calcium - 1000 mg

    Magnesium - 400 mg

Zinc - 40 mg is the absolute maximum

Taking more than the recommended amount is unwise as more is not necessarily better and is often worse.
