Strength training for women?

I have zero upper body strength. It is the most pitiful thing.

I don't know where to start! If you've found a plan you like/find works please post!

Thanks

Try this video: I have gotten so much stronger after doing these workouts 3x a week for about 8 months and slowly increasing doing these workouts to 6 days a week over two years after!

Don't worry if you can't complete the workout, just do as much as you can! You WILL get stronger over time! Oh, and Eat lots of protein to support your workouts! You won't get any stronger if you don't give your body the building blocks it needs!

I got a personal trainer at a gym because I also have zero upper body strength. He has me doing weight lifting, bench presses and working out other areas of my body. I am 89lb at 22, its pitiful lol and a bit embarrassing.

In just 4 weeks, i am able to lift 15lb at 30 reps (from initial 5lb at 20 reps) and am stronger when carrying things. I advise going the route of a trainer or looking up weight lifting/ buying some weights.
