when I google the site or click on sites from a search for her, it will not load or times out

Lynnzie, I didn't have a problem, I went straight in, had to open up my wife's laptop, as those types of cooking sites are saved on hers.

Mine loaded immediately. I bet the site itself was having difficulty. It must have gotten resolved (hopefully!).

I was having a lot of problems accessing many sites. For instance, I could access netflix but couldn't watch shows because it kept saying I had to download a program but I had already done that several times. Finally, my teen heard me shouting at the computer after I bought a video and couldn't play it and solved the problem by downloading Google Chrome. Now, I can access anything and watch all videos. I had been using Internet Explorer but am now a huge believer in the power of a better browser. It's free by the way!
