What help, if anything, did the US provide Serbia, Croatia or Bosnia-Herzegovina, as floods cause?
cause humanitarian disasters there during the last few days? I know that Israel offered help, and that is great; in fact, I can be proud of Israel again. But what about the US? Is it only good at bombing hospitals and things of that kind, of using DU and cluster bombs?

Bosnian here. According to our news sites, they're sending a total of 26 tonnes of equipment including electric generators, sleeping bags, water purification machines, clothes and fuel. It's not much compared to what Russia, Austria and Turkey sent but it's better than nothing.

Well, concerning Serbia, it is said that they installed the HAARP... Politicians; specially the Western man Vucic, are so quiet about it.

Probably no help, because had they provided or even offered any, the US media would boast big time about that.
