Post 911 GI Bill Out of State Tuition?
I have finally returned from my last deployment and have left the military after over a decade of service, I moved to Florida and am enrolling in Daytona State College and am considered an out of state student so their out of state fees apply unfortunately. Even as a vet...uhh..I have applied for and was aproved for 30 monthes of 100% Post 911 GI Bill benefits but I am unsure of the amount that this will actually cover annually. Can anyone tell me what the annual Post 911 GI Bill out of state cap is? Thank you in advance.

The financial aid office at Daytona State should be able to give you this info. Give them a call or stop by.
If you want, you could choose to not take any classes for 12 months. Enroll in Daytona State once 12 months pass. At that point, you'll be considered in-state in FL. Might be an option. But during those 12 months, you cannot enroll in any college classes anywhere, and of course, you'd need a job.
But talk to Daytona State first, and get clear on your GI Bill info, so you know your best next steps.

100% Gi Bill means just that. It will cover 100% of your school. If for some reason they hold you accountable for some extra fee's, apply to the Yellow Ribbon program. It is designed to cover that kind of thing. Also, fill out your FAFSA and a pell grant may help you with extra fees.

You need to establish residency first, or pay the difference.
