I live in Florida but my family just told me that I had a warrant on me in GA for child support. I got out of the ARMY and started another job. The job didnt pay much and the order was still very high because it was never changed from my high military pay so the arrearage started getting bigger and bigger because I couldnt afford the full amount. I have since then lost my job and now only make $150 a week cash but my employer does background checks once a year. a few questions. How do I take care of this without being locked up? Will a child support warrant show up on a federal background check/local for Florida if it was issued in GA? Do I just turn myself in and get locked up and have no way of getting out because I have no family or friends with money? I was going to try and go to school down here and use all of my GI Bill money to pay all the arrearage and try to get up to date with the payments but now I'm afraid that if I try and get a Florida ID then they will notify the police and lock me up right there. Please help. I'm not a bad guy just been having some bad luck and situations lately. Thank you in advance.

I have finally returned from my last deployment and have left the military after over a decade of service, I moved to Florida and am enrolling in Daytona State College and am considered an out of state student so their out of state fees apply unfortunately. Even as a vet...uhh..I have applied for and was aproved for 30 monthes of 100% Post 911 GI Bill benefits but I am unsure of the amount that this will actually cover annually. Can anyone tell me what the annual Post 911 GI Bill out of state cap is? Thank you in advance.

Is it possible to get a drivers license in the state of Florida if your was suspended in Georgia due to a missed child support payment in Georgia. I was a Georgia resident and nw live in Florida and go to college down here. Thank you in advance.

So I went to a center or a smithsonian or museum as a kid and i remember being in a huge dome shaped theatre with a huge machine in the middle. There were reclined seats all around the theatre in a complete circle and you looked up at the domed ceiling and it was a huge show of constellations and told the stories of them all and had awesome visual effects...I cannot remember what it was called or what it was because I was a kid when I went. Well basically Im asking if anyone knows what Im talking about because I want to take my fiancee there and watch it with her..I remember there were a lot of space capsules and other stuff there....I went in Georgia but im sure there are some in every state. I live in Daytona Beach Florida now and just want to know if there is anything like that nearby. Thank you in advance for your replies.

So I was driving home from work today and I was pulled over for a seat belt violation. I drive a 1976 El Camino classic and the seat belts do not work. I was certain there was a law that attorneys call "the good old boy act" in Georgia where it is not authorized for a person driving a truck to wear seat belts. My girlfriends mother is a paralegal in an attorneys office and she also told me this. My Camino is considered a truck and it states that on my registration also. I asked the officer who pulled me over on this charge what the law was on this and he said that he didn't know exactly but still wrote me a ticket. On top of that he asked me repeatedly if I had any weapons or drugs in my car and after repeatedly answering him no I do not he told me to step out of the car. He then told me to turn around and place my hands on my head as he searched me. He never gave me a reason why he searched me and then he proceeded to search my car before I asked him why he had to do that. I asked him what probable cause he had to search my car. He ducked down in my car and knelt in my seat before he stopped. He then told me after he came back from his car that my license were suspended due to child support violation when I have proof from my pay stubs that my support is coming out every check and made me sign a piece of paper without giving me a chance to read it, then took my license and said someone had to pick up my car or he will tow it. I called my girlfriend and told him she would be here in 6 minutes. He said okay I don't have all day to wait around so I'm going to go. A few minutes later my girlfriend came and picked up my car and we proceeded to go home. As we turned onto our road which was only a minute away from where I was originally pulled over he was hiding behind a BP gas station and immediately pulled out behind us. After we crossed the county line and he was out of his jurisdiction he put his blue lights on in a double yellow lane and sped up and seemed to be passing us but instead he just slowed down as he passed to make sure it wasn't me driving. He then took off with his blue lights still on and sped up to at least 90 on a 50 mph road out of his jurisdiction. Is there anything I can do about this inhumane treatment and discrimination? I called his lieutenant and he was very unprofessional and ended up cutting me off every time I tried to speak and when I asked him about the jurisdiction issue all he said was "we have jurisdiction all over the state" and then he hung up on me before I could finish speaking. ................This is the Walton County Sheriff's Office in Georgia that I'm talking about and the officers name was Parker with a badge number of 4469. So if anyone else has had an issue with Walton county sheriffs officer please contact me so we can stop this. It isn't right. I am a 6 time combat veteran and I feel that I was just reduced to a common drug dealer/thug, when this all started as a seat belt violation in a truck.....Please help me. Thank you..........Billy

I am 30 and have no insurance at all. I have issues with "getting it up" as well as stamina due to my deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. I don't know I never had an issue before then. I just want to find an easy solution to where I can perform the way I used to before my deployments. I used to go for hours and now once I finally do "get it up" its like I only last 10 minutes max.

I just purchased a VERY clean 1976 El Camino with a 350. I want to put a very nice clean custom Front Grille on it and I can't seem to find a god website to find any info could someone help please? I don't have much money but plan on using my income tax to buy a very cheap place as in $2,000-$6,000 in Georgia around Athens/Jefferson/Winder/Auburn/Monroe but i have no clue where to look up mobile homes or houses in those area for those prices. I have a 550 credit score so I will never be financed that's for sure. I just need a place to find out right so my family will have a place to stay as we cannot afford the rent where we are. If anyone could help or give me some info i would appreciate it very much. I am an Army Reserve soldier who just returned from Afghanistan but do not have my VA loan because my ex wife used it when i was in Iraq years before and the house was foreclosed on in my name. I have a 2000 Mustang GT that has a 4.6L v8 in it that is bad. I was wondering where would be the best place to find a replacement motor for it and if it would be possible to put any other engine in it easily that isn't a 4.6L that would be compatible with the setup. I have a girlfriend whom I have been with for 3+ years now and just found out that she has been talking to her ex who is in prison for 30 years because he is a convicted rapist. Note that me and my girlfriend have a daughter together and I just returned from Afghanistan and found letters hid from here but didnt manage to get the address to the prison he is located at. I broke up with her after I found them and now she is talking to him on the phone everyday and I believe she is visiting him in prison on her days off. I could care less about the woman because in my opinion she is worse than trash for this. My main concern is if she is visiting him, where is my daughter at this time. I just want to find a site or a way to find this guys conviction papers and prison he is located so I can tell the judge when I take her to court. The rapist name is Brett Bolish from Georgia. I have a 2000 Mustang GT and I am trying to up the looks and power. I have just purchased BBK cold Air Intake/BBK 75mm Throttle Body/BBK chrome long headers/BBK O/R X pipe w/o converters, slim chrome radiator with fans, chrome oil catch can, chrome starter, chrome altenator, full chrome dress up kit including valve covers, 4.10 gears, I just put a Black Widow Type III body kit and lambo doors on it as well and much much more....I am getting a 75-150 hp nos kit changeable to 300hp and now i need to find a nice supercharger/turbocharger, I assume I will need need new pistons and roller cams and crankshaft or whatever but not sure the best way to go from there as well. Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated....thank you in advance...
