What is your idea of equality?

If a man rapes a woman and the sentence is 13 years. If it was vice versa should the woman get the same amount of years? Same if it was both sexes with the same sex?

the specific circumstances of a crime always need to be taken into account.....however, generally speaking, the same crime the same time - regardless of gender.

Women get charged less for the same crime so no it wouldn't be equal. Plus in some states in America the definition is still forced penetration so the women wouldn't get charged at all. The definition only started changing in the 90's.

That's a good question :) i dont think there are many cases of men being raped by women, but i think the sentence would be the same. Law applies equally to men and women, right?

So when A (as in one [1]) woman attacks A (as in one [1]) man, even though he is held against his will and petrified, he is still able to get an erection? The male would have to be a child and she would probably penetrate him anally with something. Twentysix years for that female paedophile.

A stronger male could anally rape another male. That rapist should get 13 years.

A couple of females or one stronger female could molest another female and sexually penetrate her. Thirteen years for those rapists each.
