I want to get a porsche 911 or something like that but preferably with 4 seats *not mandatory* I have about 25 grand so like a 2005?
But the problem is high insurance is there one that insurance wont cost as much I just want a nice car not necessarily a fast one

If you are concern about insurance rates, then think again. Porsche or any luxury sports car will be out of the question.
Get a Honda or a Toyota, you can get a brand new one for your budget. On the other hand if you are just 18 or turning 18, your insurance will still be high.

Have you seen in person, the "rear seats" in a 911? Only small dogs and maybe an infant can go back there. Insurance rates are insurance rates. Period.
What does, "not mandatory" mean to you? Is there someone in your household that speaks competent English? Maybe they could help you write something with some semblance of sense.
