Six packs At home...?

Tell me the exercises at home from which I can get six packs within 3 months......

I really dont wanna join gym or etc..........

    It depends on your current level of strength.

    Mostly you want to practice difficult exercises that are going to force you to contract your abdominal muscles, a lot. This is going to help your muscles grow. Try exercises that you are not able to do more than 8 reps. For example you can practice, dragon flag progressions 3 times/ week and some easier exercises in a circuit afterwards.

    You have to workout most of the times, if you want to have a six pack. There are people who have low bodyfat percentage and still dont have visible abs.

  • To get a 6 pack you dont need to workout... The less body fat you have the easier they will be to see...
