Screencast-o-matic (Online screen recorder no download needed) - Click "Start recording" on the left, choose your hardware (webcam and sound) and screen and then simply start recording! Uploads straight to youtube and can edit before you upload - http://www.screencast-o-matic.com/ (small watermark)

Fraps is probably one of the most widely used programs, although it's a pay to use software.
Certainly worth the money for high end recording though.
