What's wrong with me?

So for the past week I've had really sharp pain in my left side throughout the days (not constant and when I have it it ranges from 15-30 mins a day) dehydration (although I drink a lot of water), itchy uncomfortable feeling down there, nausea at night, dizziness, my pee smells really bad and normally there is no scent. I went to the doctor thinking I had a UTI but they checked my urine and said it looked fine. They said I could have kidney stones but I feel that's not the case. What are your thoughts?

Could either be your appendix or you might have type 1 or 2 diabetes.

The symptoms match a high glucose level for diabetes and the pain matches the symptoms for a ruptured appendix. Get them both checked out just in case.

Maybe you think you have it and you're imagining the symptoms, i had something similar where i literally made myself believe i couldn't breathe anymore then i realised i was just imagining it :)

But you should just go see a doctor to make sure
