How much shouls i be lifting?

Im 17, i weigh about 150 and im 5'7"

Im looking to Gain muscle, not rip at the moment.

Bench press about 115.

Bicep about 20 pound

Tricep depends on the work out. About 40 since i ussually work them out together.

Squat bar about 150

Most leg stuff i do over 160.

I know i could probably do more weight but i rather have the correct posture and movement rather than a bunch of weight and sloppy work... S

You are definitely on the right track. If you keep that pace up, by the time you graduate high school, you'll be a solid furniture mover or maybe even a loader in a fruit warehouse.

The numbers are fine, but you definitely need not forget about eating. In order to gain muscle you will need to get a lot of protein (animal) and that protein is ~1/5 of the weight of the food (animal), so you have to eat a lot. But not stuff like McDonalds
