How do college kids in fraternities/sororities do it?
And this question is for the Greeks who have jobs, good grades, internships, and still manage to have a social life.....seriously how do y'all do it?

A good support group. We have 100+ sisters/brothers who have taken the same classes we have to take, and I get a lot of help from a now alum who had the same major/minor as me as far as selecting good classes and doing assignments.
We prioritize. If my sorority has a big event on Saturday night but I have a test on Monday, I make sure to stay in Friday and study for it instead of going out.
Time management. We use our time wisely - like, I work on campus as a receptionist so if it's a slow day at work I use that time to catch up on homework. That way I can have fun that night instead of being stuck at home.

I like to use my smartphone and use to do list and the calendar.
Time management. Ignoring distractions and those that do not contribute to your success.

Time management.
Joining a club at college builds social skills necessary to ace the interview. Being in a fraternity you are around those that usually share the same course load. I know when I had an issue with something I didn't get in class one of my fraternity brothers was in that class or had taken it and they could help me with it

You have to keep your priorities straight if you want to do well in college and hopefully go on to graduate school. Many sorority and fraternity students have GPAs below 3.0 because they are goofing off all the time (or aren't that smart to begin with).
