Any online English learning course? (Such as Coursera)?

I'm looking for an online english course. It must be

- free :)

- week-to-week programs

- It should provide homeworks

- Serious.

I mean if you know coursera, it has all but they don't offer english unfortunately.

    I don't know of any "free" week-to-week courses, but as long as you know what you are looking for simply google the question and you will find many sources.
