what should my workout routine be ?
so first im a 14 year old girl, 5'4" and 159lbs and i'd really like to try and bring that down to at least 140. about beginning of last month i started eating less and i was 170 and im 159 now and im pretty proud about that :) but i still want to lose some weight and i haven't been working out, just eating less, but i think its time to change that. i really want to lose fat while also like toning my body i really dont want those like bulky really muscular thighs or stuff like that i just want it to be nice and toned so what should my workout routine be ??
im planning on doing strength training first and then go for a run, but i dont have weights or anything like that so what workouts should i do for my strength training ?? id really like to tone up y stomach because its just like loose fat now f that makes any sense haha yea so any tips for toning up ?? thank you :)

Yoga/stretching is good. You could try doing it every morning before breakfast.
