How do you feel about this situation?
From a legal and a social perspective, how do you feel about this situation? Please read first:
http://news.yahoo.com/waitress-red-lobster-sued-1-...
If you read the story carefully it states that multiple handwriting experts have analyzed it and concluded it was unlikely that Mr.Barnes or his wife wrote it. Also, now when asked the waitress says she doesn't think he wrote it either. I'm constantly hearing that only whites can be racist, this just seems to me like the girl projected how she felt into her actions. Maybe they didn't leave a tip because they didn't stay for the meal and that's it. So is it possible that much of the "racism" black people talk about is just in their heads being projected out into situations?

Red lobster is wrong because they violated their own policies by allowing her to keep working after violating Mr. Barnes privacy. She put his name and financial card info put there for thousands to see and made him the subject of harassment. He will win the law suite. As for the question about racism yes at times I think people do project. While I'm not saying real racism doesn't exist, I am saying in this day and age people seem to think the race card is their go to argument.

1. Anyone can be racist.
2. Racism does exist please don't pretend it doesn't: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hate_crime#Victims_i...
3. Regardless of he wrote that down or not, why the ... is he suing for one million dollars? That is pathetic of him. He obviously won't win nothing in the case, still pathetic.
4. As for hand writing experts... all they do is analyze each letter and if they are written similar or not. They do look a bit different, but honestly that doesn't prove much. I can write in many different "styles".
Now I can't make any comments if it's true or a hoax. The only people who will know are the waitress and the who wrote "none" of the receipt.
