    They are both legal in certain states.

    But if you mean Nationally then it's weed. There's big money in taxes to be made. Not so much on gay weddings.

    Equal marriage rights. The legalization of same sex marriages is happening nationwide much faster than the legalization of marijuana. The federal government now recognizes same sex marriages while marijuana is still illegal.
